Two Sides Of The Business
Same crew, same standard, different scheduling. Residential work is booked around your day. Commercial work is booked around your trading hours.
Houses, villas and townhouses. Inside and outside glass, frames wiped, sills and tracks cleared, edges dried so nothing runs down your joinery. Floors covered the whole time. One off, or on a regular six or twelve monthly cycle.
Shopfronts, offices, showrooms and retail. Cleaned before you open, on a set schedule, by the same crew each cycle. Fixed price per clean, invoiced on the 20th for account customers.
Specialist Window Cleaning
Skylights, high internal glass, frameless balustrades, paint covered new build glass and full body corporate exteriors. Each one needs different gear and a different approach.
Exterior Washing
Soft wash treatment that kills mould and lichen at the root, not a water blast that strips paint and leaves the spores behind. Low pressure, safe on plants, and it stays clean far longer.
Cladding, soffits, canopies, roofs and hardstand for warehouses, offices, retail and apartment complexes. Done over a weekend so nobody is working around us.
The whole exterior, not just the walls. Cladding, soffits, joinery, fences, decks, paths and roof moss, with garden beds rinsed before and after so nothing gets burnt.
How We Work
You get a price before we start, not an hourly rate that grows. If something cannot be fixed by cleaning, we say so instead of charging you to try.
Address, rough window count, and whether you want inside, outside or both. Photos help but are not needed.
A firm price back, usually the same day. Most standard homes are quoted from your address and window count without a visit. Larger commercial and body corporate sites get a free walk through first.
In the window we agreed, with the gear the job actually needs. Floors covered, mess cleaned up, nothing left behind.
